Having joined the firm in 1970, he has long focused on making Lebanon a hub for locals and foreigners alike by providing them with the necessary tools and structures in order to make their businesses grow and succeed. Fouad A. Debs

Fouad specializes in human rights, international humanitarian law, international criminal law, start-ups, banking law, and transactions.
Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Fouad worked with NGOs in education, women, and children's rights in Bolivia, Lebanon, and the United States. In 2019, Fouad co-founded the Depositors Union, an organisation defending depositors and lobbying for their rights both locally and internationally. Fouad is fluent in Arabic, French, English, and Spanish. In addition to his law and political science degrees, he undertook rigorous training in International Criminal Law and International Humanitarian Law in The Hague, Netherlands. Education

Samir specializes in maritime and aviation law, insurance law, and IT. Having joined the firm in the mid-70s, he oversees maritime transportation, transportation limits and jurisdictional issues.
Alongside his legal practice, he was also a long-time professor of maritime law at his alma mater Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth and a part of Mouvement Social, which offered legal assistance to the less fortunate. Samir additionally studied archaeology and sociology, authoring several articles on these fields. Education
